This leadership role will oversee a global payroll technology landscape, combining strategic direction with hands-on ownership of system stability, production support, and continuous improvement. You will lead an offshore Payroll Technology team while partnering closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, technology teams, and external vendors. The role offers significant scope across payroll platforms, integrations, enterprise architecture, data analytics, and large-scale transformation programs. You will help ensure reliable payroll operations while driving automation, cost optimization, and technology modernization. The position also involves supporting major deployments, testing, disaster recovery planning, and production readiness. Accountabilities:
- Lead the global payroll technology landscape, overseeing production support, system enhancements, reliability, and ongoing service performance.
- Ensure the stability and availability of payroll systems while driving timely resolution of incidents, performance issues, and operational challenges.
- Act as a strategic bridge between Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Digital Technology, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.
- Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts across HR, Payroll, Benefits, integrations, and connected enterprise systems.
- Lead and manage the offshore Payroll Technology team, establishing priorities, allocating resources, monitoring delivery, and supporting team development.
