The Role

The Product Delivery & Quality Manager will act as the principal point of coordination between Nisyst's UK senior development team and the development team in India.

This is an significant, hands-on role designed to improve communication, development quality, prioritisation and accountability across the two teams. Rather than multiple developers communicating independently with senior UK developers, the role will provide a clear and structured interface between the teams.

The successful candidate will understand requirements and priorities from the UK team, ensure these are clearly communicated and understood in India, coordinate development activity, monitor progress, and ensure work has been appropriately reviewed and tested before it is presented back to the UK team.

This is more than a project administration role. We are looking for someone with sufficient technical understanding to challenge developers constructively, identify quality issues, understand dependencies and ensure that completed work genuinely meets the agreed requirement.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead and line-manage the whole Surat and UK IT team, including developers, team leads, and QA, and make sure the department runs efficiently.
- Own delivery across the teams: plan workloads, set clear priorities, track progress, and clear blockers so work ships on time and to a high standard.
- Put good ways of working in place and keep improving them, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and release processes.
- Work closely with UK leadership and clients to turn requirements into clear plans, and keep them updated on progress, timelines, and risks.
- Keep quality high by making sure testing and QA are built into every stage, from planning through to release sign-off.
- Watch the numbers that matter, such as delivery timelines, team velocity, defect rates, and system uptime, and use them to keep improving.
