Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to ensure effective delivery.
- Take responsibility for team-level technical decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement software development best practices to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes based on changing business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and enhance software components using Ruby on Rails.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience working with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to develop scalable, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.

Educational Qualification
- 15 years of full-time education.

Additional Information
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails is required.
- English proficiency is sufficient; there is no specific language constraint.
