The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our Security Consulting team.
This role serves as a key interface between clients, sales teams, technical specialists, vendors and delivery teams.



You will be responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of small to medium-scale security and technology projects, ensuring agreed scope, quality, timelines and budget objectives are achieved.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage project administration activities, support billing processes and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from project initiation through to completion.

What you'll be working on
Depending on project requirements, your typically date will include:
- Coordinating the delivery of small to medium-scale security and technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are achieved
- Working closely with clients, technical specialists, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Maintaining project plans, documentation, reporting, and administration activities through ConnectWise and other project managemen
