nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Engineer – MES to manage and support MES operations for core microservices within the Foundations Team.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in MES production support, microservices, Kubernetes, monitoring, incident management, debugging, and troubleshooting, with the ability to handle high-priority production incidents in a global environment.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day MES Operations and Production Support activities for core microservices.n
- Proactively monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.n
- Handle High-Priority Incidents (HPI) and provide on-call support when required.n
- Perform problem investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within defined SLAs.n
- Configure and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts using Kibana and Grafana.n




- Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for assigned operational issues.n
- Ensure timely and clear communication regarding actions, progress, and issue resolution.n
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.n
