nThe Quality Assurance Manager is a senior function within ACET Migrations responsible for owning the full documentation quality lifecycle across Australian migration services. This role ensures every client file lodged by ACET Migrations meets the required accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards set by Australian immigration authorities. The QA Manager leads the quality team, drives process consistency, and holds accountability for submission outcomes across all visa categories.
nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
n1. Setting the Quality Standard
n–Builds a clear system for how documents should be checked and approved
n–Sets the rules and targets the QA team works toward
n–Makes sure everyone on the team knows what good looks like and works to reach it
n–Steps in to help any team member who is struggling or unsure
n2. Checking Files Before Submission
n–Reviews every file before it is sent to the immigration authority
n–Makes sure each file meets current Australian immigration requirements
n–Gives final approval — nothing gets lodged without QA sign-off
n3. Keeping Up With Immigration Rules
n–Stays on top of any changes to Australian immigration laws and guidelines
n–Updates the team quickly whenever rules change
n–Makes sure the team is always working with the most current requirements
n4. Improving How Things Work
n–Creates clear step-by-step processes for the team to follow
n–Spots where things are going wrong and fixes them properly
n–Makes sure the same mistakes do not keep happening
n5. Reducing Errors and Rejections
n–Tracks where errors and rejections are coming from
n–Investigates every rejection to understand why it happened
n–Puts steps in place so the same issue does not happen again
n–Works toward getting files right the first time, every time
n6. Reporting to Leadership
n–Keeps track of how each team member and the overall team is performing
