Position Purpose and Nature
- Responsible for overall performance of Security of the site
Key Accountabilities and Duties
- Accountable for the overall security of the building and parking facilities.
- Responsible for the development and enforcement of security policies
- Accountable for the timely reporting and investigation of security incidents.
- Ensure legal compliance with security-related regulations.
- Accountable for the success of safety campaigns and initiatives.
- Responsible for the effective management and control of security equipment.
- Accountable for the proper execution of fire safety measures and evacuation plans.
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement regarding security concerns.
- Accountable for maintaining a hygienic and disciplined work environment within the security team.
- Responsible for the accurate management of security assets.
Authority
- Authority to enforce compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Authority to initiate and lead emergency responses within the security department.
- Authority to conduct security audits and assessments.
- Authority to allocate resources for security-related activities
- Authority to implement disciplinary actions in cases of non-compliance with security protocols.
OHS&W; Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards in security operations.
