The role:
As a Contractor Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by:
- Provide coordination and oversight of all third-party contractor activities related to project, maintenance, testing, and inspection work undertaken on site.
- Review and agree contractor EHS plans, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and safe systems of work with contractors and relevant site stakeholders prior to work commencement.
- Act as the key liaison between contractors, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and EHS teams to ensure effective communication and safe execution of contracted work.
- Ensure full compliance with JM policies,



procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and applicable Indian EHS legislation for all contractor activities conducted on site.
- Monitor contractor performance through inspections, audits, incident management, and performance reporting to promote safe working practices and continuous improvement.
- Support the application of contractor management best practices through effective contractor onboarding, competency verification, compliance assurance, and performance governance.
