nRole Overview
nWe're looking for a skilled Video Editor / Cinematographer who can handle end-to-end video production. This role is for someone who understands both shooting and editing, and can turn raw footage into clean, engaging visual stories.

nKey Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras with proper framing, lighting, and audio setupn
- Handle different types of shoots including interviews, events, corporate videos, podcasts, and multi-camera setupsn
- Edit short-form and long-form videos with engaging cuts, pacing, transitions, and captionsn
- Work on content for internal communication, branding, events, and digital platformsn
- Collaborate with content and design teams to bring ideas to life visuallyn
- Create reels, teasers, explainers, and behind-the-scenes contentn
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, color grading, and audio clarityn




- Manage raw footage, project files, and final outputs efficientlyn
- Stay updated with current video trends, formats, and editing stylesn
- Apply storytelling techniques to improve engagement and audience retentionn

nPre-Requisites
nQualification:

- n
- Degree or diploma in Media, Filmmaking, Visual Communication, or related fieldn

nExperience & Skills
n
- n
- 2-7 years of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing n
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar toolsn
- Good understanding of camera operations, lenses, lighting, and audio equipmentn
- Experience with multi-camera shoots and syncing footagen
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aestheticsn
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound designn
- Ability to manage timelines and deliver under deadlinesn
