- 10–15years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, or technology/business project delivery.n
- CAPM certification from PMI is mandatory.n
- Solid understanding of project management principles, processes, methodologies, and best practices.n
- Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and governance.n
- Experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and project changes.n
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.n
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.n
- Experience managing or supporting projects within a regulated pharma/life sciences environment.n
- Understanding of pharma business processes and regulated project environments.n
