nThis is a straightforward referral role. You share warm leads from your network—ideally from your own organization’s HR team or from companies that hire Sales or Tech talent regularly. We handle everything else: outreach, pitching, closing, and delivery.
nOne strong, repeat client is far more valuable than multiple one-off leads.

nWhat You’ll Do

- Share 1–2 warm leads per month from your networkn
- Priority:n
- Your own company’s HR or talent teamn
- Organizations with consistent Sales or Tech hiring needsn
- Share brief details only:n
- Company namen




- Contact (e.g., HR head, talent lead)n
- Hiring context (e.g., Sales reps, Tech developers, scale or frequency)n
- Track referrals via email or a simple shared sheetn

- Flat 10%-20% commission on all revenue generated from your referred clientn

- Performance bonuses could range from 10,000 to 1 lakh, depending on the rate of conversions and lead consistencyn
