As a Sr Territory Manager, Eyecare, you will drive commercial performance and growth across an assigned territory within the eyecare market. You will build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers while delivering against sales, brand, and financial objectives. The role combines strategic territory planning with high-quality customer engagement, requiring a strong understanding of products, therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and competition. You will identify opportunities to expand customer access, strengthen brand performance, and develop influential healthcare professionals. The position also involves gathering and sharing market intelligence to support effective business and brand strategies. Success requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can operate confidently in a dynamic, matrix-based setting.

Accountabilities:
