Role Overview

The Interior Sales Manager will be responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed interior projects while delivering an excellent client experience throughout the sales process.

The role involves meeting clients at their properties and Vaastukalpaa's Experience Centre, understanding their requirements, presenting design and commercial solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating effectively, following up consistently, and closing projects within the company's pricing and profitability guidelines.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-oriented, professionally presented, and comfortable dealing with homeowners, architects, contractors, builders, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Connect with and respond to all assigned leads generated through company marketing and other channels.




- Understand the client's requirements, budget, property details, timeline, and expectations.
- Qualify leads based on project potential, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
- Maintain systematic follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and client meetings.
- Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended or without a scheduled next action.
- Maintain accurate lead status and sales pipeline information in the company's CRM/system.

2. Client Meetings & Consultations
- Conduct qualified client meetings at the Vaastukalpaa Experience Centre and project sites.
- Visit client properties when required to understand the site, dimensions, scope, and project requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget.
- Explain the company's design process, materials, specifications, warranties, timeline
