Accountabilities:

As a Junior Compliance Officer,



you will help transform complex legal and regulatory requirements into precise, executable rules while maintaining the accuracy and reliability of automated compliance assessments. You will work across Compliance, Technology, Product, and Operations teams and take ownership of your tasks from research through implementation and validation.
- Build, maintain, and optimize legal rules within the compliance platform to support automated compliance assessments.
- Analyze labour law, employment law, corporate or wage tax, social security, and data protection regulations.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, structured, and executable decision logic.
- Audit existing compliance rules and refine them for accuracy, simplicity, and appropriate granularity.
