The Service Delivery Manager (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management) is accountable for the end-to-end operational delivery, governance, integration, and continuous improvement of payroll, rewards, and talent-management services delivered through internal teams and external service providers. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll, effective compensation and benefits administration, and reliable execution of performance, talent-review, and succession processes.

Operating as a senior individual contributor, this role partners with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Tax, HRIS, and external providers to ensure service excellence, strong controls, regulatory compliance, process standardization,



and an effective employee and manager experience.

Your Impact:

End-to-End Service Ownership: Own service delivery for Payroll, Compensation & Advantages, and Talent Management processes within the assigned global scope. Ensure services meet agreed quality, timeliness, and employee experience standards. Maintain clear accountability across retained and outsourced activities.

Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits administrators, compensation-service partners, talent-platform providers, and other external vendors. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual commitments. Support governance of payroll, compensation, advantages, performance, succession, and talent technology platforms and their operational processes.
