About the Role

PubMatic is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Associate Director, Advertiser Solutions to help grow our buyer-side business across South Asia. This role will focus on building and scaling relationships with advertisers, agencies, trading teams, and other demand-side stakeholders, while driving adoption of PubMatic’s advertiser-focused programmatic solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, strong understanding of buyer and DSP workflows, and a proven ability to win new business, grow strategic accounts, and influence go-to-market priorities. This role requires strong direct brand relationships in addition to agency connectivity, with the ability to engage senior marketing, media, and programmatic decision-makers and translate PubMatic’s capabilities into clear commercial value.

What You’ll Do
Drive business growth
- Own and grow revenue for PubMatic’s Advertiser Solutions business across South Asia.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across advertisers, agencies,



trading desks, and other buy-side partners.
- Identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Expand PubMatic’s footprint with both existing and new buyers through strategic account planning and targeted growth initiatives.
- Drive adoption of PubMatic’s buyer-side solutions, including private marketplace, preferred, programmatic guaranteed, curated, and Activate-led opportunities.

Build strategic client relationships
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with brands, agency investment teams, trading desks, and programmatic leads across South Asia.
- Strengthen PubMatic’s direct access to brand-side decision-makers across digital, media, and marketing teams.
- Build senior-level relationships with strategic clients and position PubMatic as a consultative partner for premium supply access, efficiency, transparency, and performance.
