Role Summary:

The Global Nurture Campaigns Manager will own the execution, optimization, and governance of JAGGAER's marketing automation programs across Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). This role will be responsible for building scalable campaign infrastructure, managing automated journeys, maintaining data quality, and ensuring marketing programs move prospects and customers through the funnel effectively.

This role will partner closely with Demand Generation,



Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Content, Digital, and regional marketing teams to translate campaign strategy into technically sound, measurable programs. The position will manage campaign setup, segmentation, lead routing, scoring, nurture programs, email execution, testing, reporting, and ongoing platform optimization.

The ideal candidate combines solid hands-on Pardot and Salesforce expertise with campaign operations discipline, lifecycle marketing knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to improve processes at scale.

Principal Responsibilities
