nD9 is a premium social, sports, dining and celebration destination — and we're growing We're looking for a hands-on Play Zone Area Manager (Play Area Manager / FEC Manager) to lead the daily operations of our play zone at our Vasant Kunj venue, ensuring a safe, fun, and seamless experience for every guest.

nWhat You'll Do:-
n

n
- n
- Oversee daily operations of the play zone, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of equipmentn
- Manage and train a team of play zone attendants/staffn
- Coordinate and execute party/event bookings within the play zonen
- Handle guest interactions, bookings, and resolve on-ground issues promptlyn
- Manage cash handling, POS records, and prepare regular revenue/performance reportsn
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordinationn
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standardsn
- Collaborate with other departments (events, F&B;, marketing) for smooth guest experiencen

nWhat We're Looking For :-
n

n
- n
- 2-4 years of experience in play area/FEC operations, hospitality, or entertainment venue managementn
- Prior experience as a Play Area Manager, Play Zone Supervisor, or similar role preferredn
- Strong leadership and people-management skillsn
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skillsn
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environmentn
- Comfortable working weekends/holidays as per business needsn
