Analyst – GBS Finance Planning & Performance Management
Location: Benguluru, Karnataka

Role Overview
The Analyst will support the GBS Finance Planning & Performance Management agenda across GCC India, GCC Mexico, broader GBS zones, non-GCC components including NA, EPDM, WHQ, external vendor/tower ecosystems, and partners such as Genpact. The role will assist in preparing AOP and LE inputs, monthly reporting, variance analysis, accrual and true-up support, intercompany recharge tracking, cross-zone cost transfer coordination, and leadership review materials. This position is expected to work closely with finance managers, GBS stakeholders, accounting, procurement, vendor teams, and controllership to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, clear documentation, and smooth execution of core finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial planning and reporting support: Support AOP, LE, forecasting, and performance reporting activities for the assigned GBS scope, including data consolidation, budget input preparation, variance analysis,



and review deck support.
- AOP and LE process coordination: Assist with budget tracker maintenance, cost center and package-level data checks, service cost assumptions, upload templates, review comments, and follow-ups required for timely submissions.
- Stakeholder coordination: Work with GCC, GBS zone, NA, EPDM, WHQ, tower, vendor, and finance stakeholders to collect inputs, validate movements, track open items, and support resolution of planning and reporting queries.
- Vendor and tower cost support: Assist in validating vendor cost data, Genpact inputs, billing trends, commitments, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice details, and budget adherence for assigned areas.
