nThe Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing catering business for weddings, corporate events, conferences, parties, and social functions—from the initial inquiry through successful event execution.n
n
nKey Responsibilities:n

nGenerate recent catering leads and convert them into confirmed business.n
n
nHandle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals,



and other channels.n
n
nMeet clients and conduct site visits for events and functions.n
n
nUnderstand client requirements, budget, guest count, and menu preferences.n
n
nPrepare and present customized catering proposals and quotations.n
n
nNegotiate with clients and effectively close sales.n
n
nCoordinate menu planning and event requirements with the kitchen and operations teams.n
n
nMaintain strong relationships with existing clients, event planners, corporate clients, and vendors.n
n
nGenerate repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.n
n
nCoordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.n
n
nMaintain proper follow-up of leads, quotations, and confirmed events.n
n
nTrack sales performance and work toward monthly revenue targets.n

nStay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new catering opportunities.n
