Job Description:
Join our Sales Incentive Compensation team as a Sales Incentive Business Analyst, where you'll play a key role in driving compensation accuracy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to manage incentive programs, support compensation operations, and deliver actionable insights that influence business performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Process Employee Action Forms (EAFs) and compensation adjustments accurately.
- Manage compensation exception cases and resolve related queries.
- Track and report sales performance across compensation and award programs.
- Support sales award programs, including SPIFFs and President's Club.
- Perform data validation, analysis, and reporting for compensation payouts.




- Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, and reporting processes.
- Utilize SQL, Alteryx, and ICM tools to support automation and analytics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Solid knowledge of sales compensation processes and incentive programs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Alteryx and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with Varicent, SAP C
