ABOUT PG EASE
PG Ease is building a straightforward technology platform for PG owners and tenants across India.
We help PG owners manage tenants, rooms, beds, rent, KYC, payments, complaints, staff, communication, and day-to-day PG operations from one platform.
We're starting by helping PG owners move away from spreadsheets, registers, WhatsApp messages, and manual follow-ups.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is a field-focused sales role and one of the most important positions in PG Ease's early growth.
You'll spend your time meeting PG owners, hostel operators, and property managers in your assigned territory, introducing them to PG Ease, giving product demos, handling objections, and converting interested PGs into active customers.
You'll work closely with the founding team and will have direct ownership of your territory, pipeline, demos, follow-ups, and new PG activations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and approach PG owners, hostel operators, and co-living operators in the assigned territory.
• Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to generate new leads.




• Give live PG Ease product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Understand how PG owners currently manage tenants, rent, rooms, complaints, payments, and other operations.
• Explain how PG Ease can simplify their day-to-day work.
• Handle common objections such as pricing, existing Excel/register systems, and reluctance to adopt new software.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified prospects into PG Ease customers.
• Help newly acquired PG owners complete onboarding and start using PG Ease.
• Maintain daily updates of calls, visits, demos, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the product and founding team.
• Take ownership of territory-level acquisition and activation targets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
