Water Psychology Studio is looking for an experienced Psychologist / Psychotherapist to join our team in Pune. We are looking for professionals with substantial hands-on psychotherapy experience who are confident in independently managing clients and delivering structured, evidence-based therapy.

Who are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
- M.Phil / Ph.D. will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on psychotherapy experience
- Strong foundation in CBT / REBT is a MUST
- Training/certification in CBT, REBT, ACT, DBT, ERP , or other evidence-based approaches is preferred
- Strong case conceptualisation and therapy-planning skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions independently
- Assess presenting concerns and develop appropriate case formulations
- Develop structured, goal-oriented therapy plans
- Work with concerns such as anxiety, overthinking, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, OCD, mood-related concerns, and behavioural difficulties
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs

⚠️ Important: Internships, academic experience, and supervised training undertaken as part of a degree will not be considered equivalent to the required 3 years of post-qualification professional experience.
