Role Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our growing Workday practice. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in Workday integrations, with expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations across the Workday ecosystem.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support Workday integrations based on business requirements.
n
- Work on EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
n
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
n
- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
n
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, error handling, and performance optimization.
n
- Support end-to-end integration development, from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
n
- Work closely with functional consultants, clients, and technical teams to resolve integration-related issues.
n
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment/support documentation.
n
- Monitor integrations and proactively identify and resolve failures or data issues.
n
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n





n
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.
n
- Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
n
- Good understanding of integration patterns, data flows, web services, and troubleshooting.
n
- Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, and related integration technologies.
n
- Experience across the end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
n
- Workday Integration certification is preferred.
n
- Prior experience in client-facing engagements is an advantage.
n

nExperience

n3+ years of relevant Workday Integration experience, with strong hands-on development and implementation experience.

nNice to Have

n

n
- Experience with complex Workday Studio integrations.
n
- Exposure to Workday Extend and/or Workday Orchestrate.
n
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, finance, or benefits systems.
n
- Knowledge of security concepts and authentication mechanisms used in Workday integrations.
n
