Key Responsibilities - Process Life & Pension requests as per SOPs and quality standards.

- Review and update policy information accurately.
- Meet SLA, KPI, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and UK/European stakeholders.
- Manage transactions using workflow systems.
- Support audits and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline.

- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Experience - 1-10 years in Insurance BPO, preferably Life & Pension operations.
