1. Manufacturing Operations – lead all plants, set the annual manufacturing strategy, hit production plans, improve productivity and standardize practices across facilities.

2. Operational Excellence – build a Lean/Continuous-Improvement culture (OEE, RFT, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma).

3. Production Planning &

• Supply Assurance

– ensure supply continuity through seasonal peaks, work with demand planning/sales on forecasting and inventory.

4. Quality &

• Food Safety

– FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 compliance; complaint resolution; "quality first" culture.

5. Engineering &

• Maintenance

– uptime, preventive/predictive maintenance, energy efficiency,



automation.

6. Cost Management – own manufacturing P&L;, reduce conversion cost, improve yield, drive cost savings.

7. Projects &

• Capacity Expansion

– lead greenfield/brownfield expansions and current line commissioning.

8. Supply Chain Collaboration – improve OTIF, work with procurement/logistics/sales.
n
9. People Leadership – lead Plant Heads and functional leaders; build capability, succession, engagement.

10. Governance &

• Compliance

– statutory compliance, EHS standards, audits
