MOUMAN TRIPPA is a tourism and travel company specializing in travel experiences and tours to Iceland Arctic Manali Leh — Extraordinary journeys across ice, snow, mountains, and the world’s most spectacular winter landscapes.
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible team members who are interested in the travel and tourism industry and want to be part of a growing travel business.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning and coordinating travel packages and tours.
- Communicate with customers and help them with travel-related requirements.
- Coordinate bookings, itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and other tour arrangements.
- Assist customers before and during their trips.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and local partners.
- Help create and promote attractive travel packages for snow and winter destinations.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide timely updates.
- Support the team in delivering smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.
Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates interested in travel, tourism, and international destinations.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Organized, responsible, and punctual.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and travel partners.
- Willingness to learn about destinations, tour packages, and travel operations.
- Previous experience in travel/tourism, sales, customer service, or tour operations is an advantage.
