You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, explaining our services/products, and closing deals or fixing appointments to drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.

Answer incoming calls from potential customers and address inquiries clearly. Pitch products/services effectively and guide prospects through the offering. Maintain detailed logs of client conversations, follow-up dates, and lead statuses.

Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales. Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead conversion, and sales.

Requirements &

Qualifications Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or Inside Sales Representative.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi; basic/good proficiency in English is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, active listening, and phone etiquette. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, or basic CRM software).

Salary Structure &

Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
