- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical workflows and implementation plans.
- Design application flows before starting development.
- Work on both frontend and backend development as required.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with SQL databases and understand basic database design and querying.
- Identify edge cases, validation requirements, and potential issues during development.
- Take ownership of assigned features from requirement understanding through development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Debug and resolve production issues using logs, error monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and technical trade-offs clearly with the team and stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Must have worked on at least one production application where your code was deployed and actively used by customers or end users.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript preferred.
- Experience in full-stack application development.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience working with APIs, frontend-backend integration, Git, branches, and Pull Requests.
- Ability to understand an existing codebase and independently determine how a feature should be implemented.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools in real development work
- Experience debugging and fixing issues in a live application.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Vue/React/Frontend Framework and Node.js and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI-CD pipelines
- Exposure to performance optimization
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
