About Retail Credit
The Retail Credit & SBB department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all retail & SBB products of the Bank. It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a valuable portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes

About the Role
Relationship officer manages Legal and Technical activities. Monitors the vendor activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing and monitoring legal and technical initiations to vendor, follow up, co-ordination for query resolution & report acceptance.
• Managing Legal & Technical vendor empanelment, monitoring of vendors.
• Co-ordination with vendors & Centralized billing team for timely bill processing, collection of No Dues Certificates from vendors for the respective CPC/Area offices.
• Initiation of legal & technical deviation if any to the approving authority / TM/RTM/RLM/ACM/RCM.




• Training to sourcing team on new changes, legal & technical checklist etc.
• Completion of various post disbursement activities like asset verification, legal audit, valuation of NPA cases.

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate / Post- Graduation (MBA, M.com)
• Experience in legal & technical activity & credit activities.

Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:
• Knowledge of credit, legal, technical, industry and product trends
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
