This is a senior technical consulting role focused on designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
You will work closely with customers to translate business requirements into scalable architectures, integrations, and high-quality implementations.
The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership across Marketing Cloud, Salesforce products, data, and integration technologies.
You will guide customers through solution design, campaign development, data migration, integrations, and technical delivery.
As a senior consultant, you will also mentor technical consultants and developers while establishing robust engineering and documentation practices.
The position involves collaboration with global teams and customers across geographies, requiring flexibility and strong communication skills.




You will play a key role in delivering long-term solutions that can scale with complex enterprise customer needs.

Accountabilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and clearly communicate solution designs, integration strategies, technical decisions, and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, project expectations, and technical priorities.
- Manage day-to-day technical customer interactions and support the resolution of escalations.
- Understand campaign requirements including subscriber audiences, program frequency, personalization, and creative approaches.
- Drive hands-on technical implementation across Salesforce Marketing Cloud studios and products.
- Design and deliver scalable Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with customer business and growth requirements.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed solution designs and functional and technical documentation.
