This is a senior, hands-on lead generation and inside sales role focused on building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline in complex B2B markets.
You will identify and engage high-value prospects through a sophisticated mix of calling, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach.
The role requires strategic prospect research, stakeholder mapping, and confident engagement with senior decision-makers.
You will use modern sales technology and AI-powered tools to personalize outreach, improve productivity, and scale prospecting.
Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will help turn qualified prospects into meaningful commercial opportunities.
The position is particularly suited to professionals familiar with Healthcare and Life Sciences and comfortable engaging US-based markets.
Success requires a data-driven, resilient, and adaptable approach, combined with excellent English communication and strong sales execution.





Accountabilities

Lead multichannel prospecting campaigns using cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn social selling, and video outreach.

Identify, engage, and qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the account executive team, maintaining a consistent flow of high-value opportunities.

Conduct detailed account and market research to identify major healthcare and life sciences organizations and map relevant Directors, VPs, and C-suite decision-makers.

Develop targeted outreach strategies based on prospect profiles, business needs, organizational structures, and relevant industry context.

Use AI-enabled sales tools to personalize messaging at scale, improve response rates, automate repetitive administrative activities, and maintain an effective human touch.
