nRole summary
nThe IT Executive handles day-to-day IT support for employees, maintains the IT asset inventory, manages the office network, and assists the IT Manager with new IT projects and system rollouts.



The role requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT operations experience and a strong, practical grasp of IT infrastructure and best practices.

nScope
nThe role is based in Bangalore, India and supports the Bangalore office and India-based employees, with remote support extended to other Pixis group entities as needed. The IT Executive works closely with the People team on new-hire and exit processes and with vendors on hardware procurement and repairs.

nKey responsibilities
nResponsibilities are organised by area and are carried out under the direction of the IT Manager.
nIT Support
n• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access issues for employees on macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
n• Log and track tickets, resolve them within agreed timelines, and escalate to the IT Manager when needed.
n• Set up laptops and accounts for current hires; recover devices and revoke access when employees exit.
