nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Design and develop SoC/Microprocessor-based hardware platforms .n
- Perform component selection based on system requirements, performance, power and cost.n
- Design schematics and electronic circuits for complex hardware systems.n
- Work on DDR3/DDR4/DDR5 and LPDDR interfaces , including memory selection and interfacing.n
- Define and review DDR/LPDDR routing, topology, impedance, length matching and layout constraints .n
- Design and review power supply circuits , including LDO, Buck/Boost and PMIC-based solutions.n
- Interface high-speed peripherals such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, MIPI, SD/eMMC, SPI, I2C and UART .n
- Work closely with PCB layout engineers on high-speed routing and signal-integrity requirements .n
- Perform hardware bring-up, board debugging and validation .n
- Analyze and resolve issues related to DDR initialization, signal integrity,



power integrity, clocking and high-speed interfaces .n
- Support SI/PI analysis, eye-diagram analysis and pre/post-layout reviews .n
- Review schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and hardware design documentation.n
- Work with SoC vendors and cross-functional teams including BSP, firmware, PCB and mechanical n

nRequired Technical Skills
n
- n
- Strong experience in Hardware Design and Circuit Design .n
- Hands-on experience with SoC / Microprocessor-based board design .n
- Strong understanding of DDR/LPDDR architecture and memory interfaces .n
- Experience with DDR3/DDR4/DDR5 and/or LPDDR4/LPDDR5 .n
- Valuable knowledge of schematic design, component selection and hardware architecture .n
- Understanding of high-speed PCB design principles .n
- Knowledge of SI/PI, impedance control, signal integrity, timing, skew and length matching .n
- Experience with Ethernet, PCIe, USB, MIPI, eMMC/S
