Job Summary
Role Purpose
Candescent is seeking a data-driven Web Strategy Manager to own the performance, structure, and continuous improvement of our website from one of our India office locations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology, translating business goals into a web strategy that drives traffic, conversion, and pipeline.




This is a strategy, prioritisation, and performance role rather than a primarily hands-on build role. You will set the direction and the roadmap, run the experimentation programme, and work through the web development, design, and SEO members of the team to deliver. You will be expected to be technically fluent enough to scope work credibly, review quality, and troubleshoot alongside the team.
This role also acts as a senior point of coordination for the India web team, partnering closely with the US-based Digital Experience lead on priorities, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
