Key Responsibilities
n1. Lead Handoff & Qualification (After Lead is Provided)

- Receive qualified leads and review background details, use cases, and customer pain points.n
- Conduct initial technical discovery calls to validate requirements, setting, and feasibility.n
- Understand the customer’s business objectives, challenges, and KPIs that the solution must address.n

n2. Technical Discovery & Requirement Analysis
n

- Run detailed requirement workshops with customer technical and business stakeholders.n
- Map customer needs to product features, integrations, and architecture.n
- Document technical requirements, scope, and success criteria for demos or POCs.n

n3. Solutioning & Proposal Development
n
- n
- Design solution architecture tailored to customer needs.n
- Prepare technical proposals, solution decks, and effort estimates in collaboration with delivery teams.n
- Work with internal teams to align capabilities, timelines, and customization requirements.n

n4. Demonstrations, Walkthroughs & POCs
n
- n




- Deliver high-impact product demos customized for the customer’s use cases.n
- Design, deploy, and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) or pilot implementations.n
- Highlight differentiators, ROI, and technical advantages relevant to the customer’s objectives.n
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns with clarity.n

n5. Stakeholder Alignment & Deal Progression

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the pre-sales cycle.n
- Coordinate with account executives to track progress, risks, and next steps.n
- Participate in solution discussions, pricing review meetings, and proposal negotiations (from a technical standpoint).n

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.n
- 2–7 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.n
