nWe are looking for an experienced SAP CDP / Emarsys Consultant with hands-on experience in customer data management and marketing automation.

nRequired Skills

- n
- 4–8 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience, Customer Data, Marketing Automation, or related technologies.n
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CDP / SAP Customer Data Platform and/or SAP Emarsys .n
- Good understanding of customer data management, segmentation, customer profiles, and identity resolution .n
- Experience in marketing automation, campaign management, personalization, and customer journeys .n
- Hands-on knowledge of Emarsys Automation Center, Segmentation, Campaign Management, and Engagement Channels .n
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data integration, and external system integrations .n
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, lead nurturing, retention, and engagement processes.n
- Positive knowledge of data structures, data mapping, and data quality concepts.n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.n
