About the Role
Integration & Data Engineers are responsible for data analytics, data processing, and building integration solutions with our customers and partners. They play an integral role in recommending, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions that simplify and improve day-to-day business operations.

The role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, delivering, maintaining, and continuously improving People Technology applications and integrations. The engineer will work across the full software development lifecycle and contribute to the delivery of scalable, reliable, and effective solutions using industry-standard frameworks, patterns, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, Develop and Optimize People Systems
- Support the setup, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of People Systems, including Workday and related platforms.
- Ensure solutions align with evolving business processes, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives.

Provide System Support
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.




- Monitor system performance and proactively address risks to ensure reliable functionality and a seamless user experience.

Manage System Integrations and Data Loads
- Develop, maintain, and support integrations between People Systems and internal or external applications.
- Manage data loads, interfaces, APIs, and integration processes while ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.

Work within Agile Delivery Teams
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to iterative delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support Releases and Enhancements
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Assist with feature enhancements, system upgrades, release management activities, and user adoption efforts.
