In this field-based leadership role, you will guide Field Account Managers, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure disciplined account execution to accelerate growth and support better health for more people. This position is based in Hyderabad, India and requires extensive customer-facing engagement across the territory.

• Drive territory sales execution by reviewing pipeline trends, monitoring opportunity progression, and initiating corrective actions across active opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives within the assigned territory
• Strengthen customer-centric engagement by steering multi-level relationship coverage and value positioning across assigned accounts, positioning Sartorius as a trusted partner to increase customer satisfaction, share of wallet,



and long-term territory growth
• Align with Business Unit Technical Sales teams to coordinate early technical engagement and solution positioning across opportunities, helping address customer-specific needs and barriers while improving opportunity conversion
• Ensure sales process discipline through CRM (SFDC) compliance, rigorous prospect qualification, high-quality documentation, and data-driven pipeline review practices to improve forecast accuracy, data quality, and sales cycle efficiency
• Govern execution of account plans across the territory by tracking progress, resolving escalations, and addressing execution gaps to maintain customer satisfaction and accelerate opportunity advancement
