Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales professional to drive business across Bihar through project sales, specification selling, consultant engagement, contractor management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive project sales across Bihar.
- Identify opportunities in construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial projects.
- Build relationships with Builders, Developers, Contractors, Architects, Consultants, Applicators, and Project Owners.
- Track projects and generate leads through regular market mapping.
- Promote construction chemical products including waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, sealants, grouts, tile adhesives,



and concrete repair solutions.
- Drive product specifications, approvals, trials, and demonstrations with consultants and contractors.
- Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and follow up for order conversion.
- Maintain project pipelines, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Project Sales, preferably Construction Chemicals / Building Materials.
- Robust understanding of B2B project sales and specification selling.
- Experience handling contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and construction projects.
