About the Role:

Agfa is seeking a highly motivated and organized Change Manager to join its Global IT (Information & Communication Systems) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for governing and coordinating changes across Agfa's global IT landscape, ensuring that modifications to infrastructure,



applications, platforms, and services are implemented in a controlled and efficient manner.

You will play a critical role in minimizing business risk and service disruption while maximizing the success rate of IT changes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, managed service providers, and external vendors, you will ensure alignment, compliance, and operational excellence across the change management process.
