Your role
Responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process for complex spare parts and modernization (Upgrades & Retrofits) projects. This role ensures that proposals are technically accurate, commercially sound, and submitted on time.



The Proposal Specialist acts as a key interface between sales, engineering, sourcing, and execution teams, supporting global and regional needs with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
•Lead the preparation of technical-commercial proposals for complex spare parts and modernization projects (U&R;), based on customer RFQs, specifications, and site conditions, with input from site account managers and product specialists
•Review customer requirements and understand scope elements
•Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, and Sales to collect inputs for scope, cost, and lead times
•Interpret engineering drawings, GA layouts and technical documents.
•Ensure proposals are submitted on time, aligned with internal approval processes and margin targets
