WE ARE HIRING: SHOWROOM MANAGER – DURGAPUR

North Willow Consulting is hiring an experienced Showroom Manager for one of its premium multinational clients in the furniture retail industry.

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000 fixed per month plus performance incentives

Compensation is negotiable for exceptional candidates with solid relevant experience and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete showroom operations independently.
- Monitor sales performance, business growth and target achievement.
- Lead, motivate and manage the showroom team.
- Handle customer relationships, escalations and service standards.
- Supervise inventory, billing, cash and operational controls.
- Coordinate effectively across sales, accounts and operations.
- Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company processes.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Relevant experience in showroom, retail or branch management.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally and accounts is mandatory.
- Strong sales, team-handling and operational-management capabilities.
- Experience in billing, inventory,



cash handling and reporting.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage showroom performance and customer experience.
- Experience in furniture, home interiors, consumer durables, electronics, mattresses or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
