The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, leveraging business insights to shape HR strategies and people priorities. This role acts as the primary partner for employee engagement, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and organizational growth. In collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), the role designs and delivers tailored,



country-specific HR solutions to meet business needs across the India Subcontinent (India & Sri Lanka).

Where You’ll Make a Difference
HR Leadership
- Establish and strengthen HR’s role as a trusted strategic business partner, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the Food Ingredients team in India, ensuring the effective delivery of people programs and solutions.
- Partner with Regional HR, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Business Partners to drive the successful implementation of global talent initiatives.

HR Strategy/initiatives
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and execution of HR and business initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
