What would you do? • The Instructional Design Senior Lead helps build the conceptual design, guides the team to execute the design and is responsible for the overall design integrity of the learning asset.
The Instructional Design Senior Lead provides the daytoday direction of multiple training development project specifically course projects with medium to large scope (output hours average over 24) and significant budget
• Talent Development Instruction Design
• o Knowledge of advanced instructional design techniques and topics, adult learning theory, and webbased development tools
• o Strong written communication skills working knowledge of editorial requirements grammar and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
• o Advanced oral communication skills ability to facilitate client SMEs and sponsor discussions to set expectations
