• Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), and other relevant platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Marketplaces).

• Own campaign performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS — and continuously optimize for efficiency and scale.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

• Manage budgets across campaigns and platforms, ensuring optimal allocation based on performance data.

• Collaborate with the creative/design team to brief and refine ad creatives, videos, and copy for different funnel stages.

• Build and manage re targeting funnels and lookalike/custom audiences.

• Track and report performance through dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, etc.).

• Coordinate with the ecommerce team to align paid campaigns with product launches, offers, and inventory.

• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and emerging performance marketing trends (including AI-driven a d tools).





• Support the SEO/content team with paid amplification of blogs, landing pages, and organic content when relevant.

• Assist in tracking performance of WhatsApp/Email campaigns where paid and owned channels intersect.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (agency or in-house).

• Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads Manager.

• Understanding of key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion tracking, and pixel/tag implementation.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio a plus).

• Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Robust analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and translating it into actionable optimizations.
