A role you will love
- Take ownership of the end-to-end support and management of business-critical systems, investigating incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, monitoring system health,



and ensuring maximum service availability.
- Lead production releases, deployments, and system upgrades, ensuring changes are delivered smoothly, risks are effectively managed, and services remain stable throughout the change lifecycle.
- Partner closely with Development, Infrastructure, and external vendors to support projects, resolve technical challenges, manage environments, and drive successful service transitions into live operations.
- Play a key role in major business events, data migrations, and capacity planning activities, ensuring systems are prepared, scalable, and capable of meeting business demands.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers by providing clear communication, timely updates, and trusted technical expertise during incidents, projects, and service improvements.
