Description
Strategic
- Own and drive the organisation's Contract Management Strategy and governance framework across MSAs and allied commercial contracts.
- Serve as the single accountable custodian of contractual risk, ensuring contracts are commercially sound, legally defensible, operationally deliverable and aligned with the approved risk appetite.
- Lead strategic negotiations with key customers and counterparties and provide senior management with risk-based recommendations and fallback positions.
- Work closely with the CBO, CFO, CEO and Management Committee to evaluate, mitigate and resolve critical contractual and commercial risks associated with high-value agreements.

Finance
- Evaluate and control financial and commercial exposure arising from contractual obligations, including LDs, warranties, indemnities, liability, termination and performance guarantees.
- Ensure pricing, payment terms, price variation, payment security, BGs and other commercial provisions are aligned with approved financial objectives.
- Assess contractual commitments against margin, cost,



cash-flow and operational assumptions before final sign-off.
- Monitor post-award financial exposure, claims, variations and potential disputes and provide contract risk and financial MIS to senior management.

Process
- Own the complete contract lifecycle management process from first-draft review to negotiation, approval, execution and post-award governance.
- Establish and maintain standard templates, clause libraries, approval matrices, deviation protocols and DoA for contracting.
- Drive cross-functional review involving Legal, Commercial, Sales, Technical, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations.
- Ensure effective contract repository, version control, audit trail, compliance tracking and deviation/negotiation trackers.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are mapped to internal owners, capabilities, capacities, costs and timelines before execution.
