Our AI goes beyond data extraction to automate end-to-end workflows, reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and accelerating business operations.

Our product is proven, enterprise customers are live, and we're ready to scale. We're looking for a Director – Marketing to bring strategic direction, sharper execution, and stronger business impact to our marketing function.

You'll work closely with the founder, executive leadership, and our marketing team to define where we play, who we target, how we position Infrrd, and how marketing drives pipeline and growth in the US market. You'll provide the strategic direction across GTM, target accounts, positioning, and demand generation, while empowering the team to turn that strategy into execution.

What You'll Own
- Set and drive the overall marketing strategy for the US market, aligned with business, GTM, and revenue objectives.




- Provide strategic direction to our existing Demand Generation team, helping sharpen targeting, channel strategy, campaign priorities, and performance.
- Partner closely with Sales to define and refine our ICP, target segments, personas, buyer journeys, and account strategy.
- Develop an integrated demand and growth strategy across inbound, ABM, digital, content, events, and other relevant channels.
- Own marketing's contribution to pipeline growth, with transparent metrics, priorities, and accountability.
- Identify opportunities across the funnel and improve awareness → engagement → qualified demand → pipeline → revenue.
- Shape our product marketing, positioning, and messaging, translating complex Enterprise AI capabilities into compelling stories for enterprise buyers.
