Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating interview panels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, HR Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
